Mountain Brook 65, Ramsay 45 — Lady Spartans earn strong home win

MOUNTAIN BROOK — Mountain Brook's girls basketball team picked up a convincing 65–45 home victory over Ramsay on Tuesday, paced by a balanced scoring effort and active defense.

Avery Davis led the way with 18 points and 4 assists, running the offense and hitting key shots in the second half. Kate Bakken added 15 points and 3 steals, coming up with several timely defensive plays that led to transition buckets. Lindsey Dean contributed 10 points, while Annabelle Avery chipped in 8 points.

Coach Sara Price praised the team's performance: "That was a good home win. Our players competed hard on both ends, and the crowd's energy really helped us maintain momentum."
