Mountain Brook 68, Homewood 40

Mountain Brook returned home Thursday and delivered a convincing 68–40 win over Homewood, using a balanced attack and high-energy defense to take control early.

Trey Davis led the Spartans with 16 points and 4 assists, while Braden Little added 10 points and 3 steals. Parker Wright and Hill McCluney each scored 8 points, with McCluney also contributing 6 rebounds and 3 steals.

A packed home crowd provided a noticeable spark, something Coach Davis said made a difference.

"Our crowd was outstanding," Davis said. "The students and the community gave us great support, and our guys fed off that energy all night."
